If that trailer didn’t get you excited for this movie, you are in the wrong place.

The first thing I noticed about this trailer and the main thing I loved was there’s no gimmicky music. There’s no chart hit that the words kind of go with whats happening, but not really in the shots. It’s the Avengers music! The music we all love, gives us goosebumps and straight away, we know what we are getting.

This trailer works really well in the fact that it gets us excited but gives very little a way. We get to see shots of groups of our heroes together, Doctor Strange and Iron man, we get to see Black Panther and Captain America together, we get to see Spider-man in his new suit, and of course at the end, Thor and the Guardians meeting. Awesome shots that the past 10 years have been building up to.

In the lead up to this trailer, my thought was, are we getting a shot of Thanos and is is he going to be a silly CG villain. 2 very different answers to those questions. Yes we get a few shots and no I definitely do not think he’s going to be a silly CG villain. Thanos looks menacing and he looks like he means business. Not only that, but the heroes look terrified, like this truly could be the end of the world. We get to see Thanos grab Spiderman and pin him down like a toy (surely not going to kill him, and we get to see Thanos hit Iron Man who falls like a sack of potatoes, something we have never really seen, or at least not that devastating. The Avengers might have their hands full.

We get to see the infinity stones, the items we have been following over 20 odd films. We get to see the mind stone being ripped away from Vision which is going to be such an intense scene. We get to see Loki, assumingly, hand over the Tesseract, something I predicted in my Thor review. The great thing about that was, Loki looked genuinely terrified handing it over.

There’s so much more in this trailer as well. Vision as a human, which is good because I personally think Paul Bettany is a great actor. We get to see the new looks for Captain America and Black Widow. We see Black Panther say ‘get this man a shield’, is he saying this about Cap or are we seeing the new Captain America in Bucky? We also get a glimpse of Spider-man in his Iron suit and the glowing eyes which just looks awesome! We also get shots of something we haven’t really seen in any Avengers, or even a Marvel movie, a full scale battle. I’m assuming this is the Wakanda people going against Thanos’ goons and by the looks of it, there’s going to be casualties!

Check it out for yourself and let us know what you think! I think we know what my diagnosis for this is!

I want more! I want more footage! I want this movie now. Seeing all these characters together is the build up of 10 years of movies and by this trailer, it seems like it’s going to be worth the wait
